Spirited Away Bathhouse Pixel Fanart

A practice I did using an image reference from the movie called Spirited Away. I didn't fully pay attention to the proportions of the original for this one since the main goal was achieving similar coloring to the original image and trying more complex rendering in pixel art without making the bold outlines which I usually use.

The process of making this piece included: finding the right reference image, choosing colors which then will be used and making lowlights and highlights of said colors, blocking out the drawing and then building the final drawing pixel by pixel.

The pixel canvas is 91x150 pixels.
